Steps in the Process

• Scope – We start by interviewing your key team members. We'll ask them to demo their existing applications and databases and explain their work flow in detail. We dig deep on the things the current system does right and where it falls short.
• Build – During the build phase we'll have weekly progress reviews with your team. Their feedback will be essential for shaping many of the small but important details of the system.
• Pilot – This is the stage where we have members of your team try the system for themselves. This results in a punch-list of thing that need improvement. Depending upon the complexity of the system, there could be multiple pilot phases to get to the needed level of refinement.
• Deploy – Once your team members are comfortable after having extensively piloted the system we'll guide you through going live, migrating data and anything else that is needed to ensure a successful transition.
